Version 0.21

Version 0.21 is a bugfix release of version 0.20. It fixed the following issues:

• Issue 2, "broken links"
• Issue 10, "Markup: Internal links with spaces should be converted to underscores"

A special thanks goes out to "Chris". Without his contacting me via my blog post, I wouldn't have fully understood issue 2 and not provided a fix for it. The problem went much deeper than broken links, however.

Introduced the $FancyUrls variable to config.pl which controls whether or not you are using .htaccess
