In version 0.30, I believe I have fixed issues 2 and 10, and also introduced some flexibility when it comes to using .htaccess files or not. I have done this by introducing a new variable, $FancyUrls.

This work was back-ported to Version 0.21.

Version 0.30 is going to be late (if you couldn't tell already) but it is coming! I promise! And it won't be a year after the last major release.
